How to allow contributors to upload documents

You can request from anyone that is not a member of your team to send documents directly into your library. These incoming emails are considered Contributed emails send by a Contributor.

You need to add Contributors to your the contributor list to whitelist their email and possibly their entire domain. All emails sent to your account that are not from a contact on your Contributor list will be rejected.

You can approve the entire domain of a contributor - so that you receive emails from that company regardless of who sends it.

Viewing your contributor List

View your contributors ordered and group by their email domain.

hint: search for documents contributed to me past 7 days
